Experiencing difficult and negative feelings happens to all of us but lately it seems like an epidemic for many of us. Brother Joe will walk us through some content that may provide insights on this issue both from the Gospels and from the life of St Therese of Lisieux. He will also discuss some strategies that might help us get through the day in a more graceful fashion. Be prepared for some discussion, reflective writing, and praying your experiences. Make sure you bring some questions for which you hope to find answers.
