Many women want to have an active lifestyle. Live Long/Stay Strong is designed for women interested in wellness and bone health. This presentation will highlight osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, and living with joint replacement.

Date, Time, and Cost:
This program begins at 10 AM on Saturday, October 7, 2017 and ends at 3 PM. The cost is $40 (includes lunch). It is free to Sisters of St. Francis.
You will learn about foods that promote strong bones/joints from, our dietician, Kelly Cuetara, MS, RD, LDN
Physical therapist, Dr. Kristen Wilson, PT, DRT, GCS trained, will wrap up the day with exercises and advice to keep you strong and pain-free.
