The spirituality of the 12 steps is experienced as a willingness to let go, a gratitude that perceives gift in all reality, a humility that relieves the pain of competition, a tolerance that accepts differences without conflict, a forgiveness that invites healing and the being-at-homeness that is found in accepting one’s own story. This weekend will offer a practical and realistic approach to life in season and out of season, when convenient and inconvenient.
