T’ai Chi Chih can be a conduit through which we come to know God’s presence, bringing our spiritual being into harmony with our physical being. Through a series of slow and gentle movements, you will be able to create an inner stillness and experience peace. These movements will assist in bringing balance to all aspects of life. They may help reduce stress, improve overall health, increase concentration and creativity and lead to an appreciation of the interconnectedness of all things. Wear comfortable clothing.
Date, Time and Cost:
This series runs for eleven weeks beginning on Thursday September 8, 2016 and ending on Thursday, November 17th. It costs $75.00 for the series. There is a $20 non-refundable deposit. Your registration is not confirmed until your deposit is received.

(If you pay the deposit online via PayPal there is no option for coming back to pay the remaining amount online. April Leffler holds an MA in clinical psychology and has a private practice in Media, PA. that focuses on alternative therapies. She is an accredited instructor of T’ai Chi Chih. April believes strongly in the power of the human spirit and offers workshops and presentations on stress reduction techniques, mindfulness, and the mind-body-spirit connection.
