T’ai Chi Chih can be a conduit through which we come to know God’s presence, bringing our spiritual being into harmony with our physical being. Through a series of slow and gentle movements, you will be able to create an inner stillness and experience peace. These movements may help to reduce stress, improve overall health, increase concentration and creativity, and lead to an appreciation of the interconnectedness of all things. Wear comfortable clothing.
