Yoga — Fall Session


The practice of yoga brings one to union, harmony, and peace.  During these sessions Basic Hatha Yoga will be presented.  Relaxation techniques, classical postures and stretching with emphasis on deep breathing will be included.

Date, Time and Cost:

The Monday night series runs at 7:00 to 8:30 PM from September 12, 2016 until November 11, 2016.  The dates are September 12, 19, 26; October 10, 17, 24, 31; November 7, 14, 11, 2016.  The cost of the Series is $75.  There is a non-refundable deposit of $20.  Your registration is not confirmed until your deposit is received.

(If you pay the deposit online via PayPal there is no option for coming back to pay the remaining amount online. The remaining amount must be paid by a check (mail in or pay on your arrival) or by cash when you arrive for the program. There is no way of processing a credit card at the center. If you really want to pay everything by credit card then pay in full at the time of online registration. If the program is canceled you will receive the full payment back via PayPal. If you are unable to attend the program, the remainder after the deposit will be paid back via PayPal.)


About The Presenter: Maryanne Williams

Maryanne Williams has been a Yoga practitioner for over 40 years. She is the current President of the Arden Yoga Group. She has taught yoga in the Wellness Programs of St. Francis Hospital, Wilmington, the Adult Programs for New Castle County Parks and Recreation, and in Wellness programs offered through large corporations throughout northern Delaware.
