Forgiveness Prayer Virtual Retreat (Saturday morning and Sunday morning)

$40.00

When the disciples ask Jesus how to pray, he teaches them the Lord’s Prayer.  In this prayer, Jesus teaches us that forgiveness is one of the essential conditions out of which all of our prayer must proceed if it is to be acceptable to God. The command is clear:  If you are a Christian, you must forgive.  But there are two very powerful, very problematic questions involved with this imperative:  How do I forgive?  What if I want to forgive but cannot?  Come to the Forgiveness Prayer Workshop and explore the need for forgiveness, the nature of forgiveness, and how to forgive.  Centering Prayer experience suggested.

Logistics:  This is a virtual retreat using ZOOM.  There will be two sessions, one on Saturday morning 10:00 to 11:30 AM and another on Sunday 10 t)) to 11:30 AM.  There is a different ZOOM link for each presentation and it will be emailed to you the day before each presentation.  If you are unfamiliar with  ZOOM there are directions on the website under the Events/Retreat Tab:  https://fscaston.org/209234-2/

October 17-18, 2020  The program will occur from 10 to 11:30 AM on Saturday and 10 to 11:30 AM Sunday.
