Living Mindfully: The Beauty of Letting Go (Virtual Retreat Day)

$20.00

In the season of Autumn, we observe the magnificent way that nature flows with the shifting season.  Leaves change color and gently “let go” of their leaves in preparation for the quietude of Winter and the eventual rebirth of Spring.  Together we will engage in mindful practices and reflect on the process of our own “letting go”.  We will discover areas of our lives where we might release stale beliefs, habits and thoughts so that we may open to what wishes to bloom into the Spring of our lives.

This retreat spans 2 sessions with a break in-between for reflection:  One is in the morning between 10 and 11:30 AM and the second is in the afternoon between 1:30 and 2:30 PM.  Participants are asked to download or print out the retreat materials prior to session 1.  Settling into a space that is quiet is ideal; you are asked to bring a journal, writing utensil and an open heart into that space.

The Logistics:  There is a different ZOOM Link for each presentation and it will be emailed to you the day before each presentation.  If you are unfamiliar with ZOOM there are directions on the website under the Events/Retreat Tab:  https://fscaston.org/209234-2/
