In the season of Autumn, we observe the magnificent way that nature flows with the shifting season. Leaves change color and gently “let go” of their leaves in preparation for the quietude of Winter and the eventual rebirth of Spring. Together we will engage in mindful practices and reflect on the process of our own “letting go”. We will discover areas of our lives where we might release stale beliefs, habits and thoughts so that we may open to what wishes to bloom into the Spring of our lives. There will be two sessions. One is in the morning between 10 and 11:30 AM and the second is in the afternoon between 1:30 and 3:00 PM.
