You are invited to participate in T’ai Chi Chih and experience for yourself the soft, gentle moves of this very “user friendly” and easy to learn moving meditation. We will be combining the moves of T’ai /Chi Chih with a variety of experiential activities to enhance inner stillness and cultivate heightened awareness, being mindful of the present moment…moment to moment to moment. Join us for a day of sinking deeper into the essence of T’ai Chi Chih and allow yourself to relax the body and quiet the mind as you return to a state of peaceful awareness, inner balance and stillness.
