“The Circle of Life”: Celebrating Our Heritage, Leaving Our Legacy (September 22-24, 2020)

$80.00

As we age, thoughts about leaving a meaningful legacy can often become the focus of our concerns.  Poet Mary Olive reflects: “When it’s over, I don’t want to wonder if I have made of my life something particular, and real . . . I don’t want to end up simply having visited this world.”  This retreat experience will invite us to re-visit and explore the heritage that has come to each of us from our family of origin, from our culture, and from our faith.  After praying with the experiences that have shaped us from these influences, we will be invited to listen to our own hearts to name the kind of faith-full legacy that we want to leave to those we love and to our world.  PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER UNTIL JULY 1 2020
