Join us for ZOOM Yoga in the relaxation of your home. The practice of yoga brings one to union, harmony, and peace. During these sessions Basic Hatha Yoga will be presented. Relaxation techniques, classical postures and stretching with emphasis on deep breathing will be included.
Logistics: This will be a virtual experience done via ZOOM. A ZOOM link and any handouts will be sent to your email address the day before the program begins. There will also be a practice session for anyone unfamiliar with ZOOM about two hours before the presentation. You are always encouraged to come onto the ZOOM conference about 15 minutes ahead so that all are ready to begin the session on time. Sessions begin at October 19 2020 and continue each Monday until December 21, 2020. Each Session begins at 7 and ends at 8:30 PM.
