These guided retreat opportunities invite participants to pray with the themes of the season as they relate to your daily life experience. You may come for the day, overnight, or the entire weekend. The time will include a brief input session on Saturday morning with suggested readings, questions for reflection, and a concluding prayer together. The remainder of the weekend allows time for contemplative silence.

Jean Ustasiewski, OSF, is a Sister of St. Francis of Philadelphia who serves on the Franciscan Spiritual Center staff. Previously Jean served the congregation as the director of its associate program, Franciscan Companions in Mission, and as a pastoral counselor and school guidance counselor.
